These Sea Moss Capsules are incredible. I basically enjoy a more refreshing quality of sleep, without waking through the night. I have more energy, seem to have a decrease in appetite, and my hair is softer, has incredible shine, and is growing at a faster than normal pace. I have problems absorbing my minerals and vitamins, and so my nails had vertical ridges. Within two weeks of taking the Sea Moss, the ridges began to flatten out---which means I am absorbing a high degree of the minerals in the moss. It's OK. Haven't felt too much of a difference so far. I typically measure it by the taste of the pill, if it tastes unpleasant like it's fresh from the sea i know it's good quality and keeps me energized throughout the day especially feeling wide awake on my commute home. These capsules didn't have any unpleasant taste which was alarming but still gave it a chance and I'm sure it's helping somewhat but I haven't been able to really point out and major differences so far compared to other products I've tried. I'm only to the RDA that is directed on the bottle but I may need to up my dose? Let me know if there's anything I can do to optimize my experience. Thanks!
