Sea moss has worked very well for me as a detox. I noticed that when I avoid certain foods like red meat, my bowels become more difficult to pass though. Ever since I started taking sea moss, my bowels are much easier to pass through, and I have them more frequently. No you shouldn’t have diarrhea, but it does work as a mild laxative/detox. The key is to not eat like crap AND take sea moss, I don’t think it works that way lol. Packaging is great, delivery time is a bit delayed compared to other companies, but I’ve never had any issues with them besides that! Great supplement! By itself, it tastes like nothing! I usually put it in my smoothies.

This is my second time ordering the sea moss Gel my first time I really enjoyed taking the moss on a daily basis it had a strong smell and taste of the sea moss which I liked. But this second order I have received is garbage it smells like nothing and taste like nothing so I'm asking for another free jar,with the strong smell and taste of the sea moss are either return my money please. Which ever way you choose to resolve it out of the 2 choices I will b satisfied but if u gonna send me another weak jar of the product I'd rather a refund.

My moss went bad too quick. No smell upon first opening, but then one week later the smells was too bad to use. I threw away more than half the jar within two 1/2 weeks of purchase. Perhaps a better mailing container and process is needed.

This is a picture of my sea moss gel when I first got it! I have Hypothyroidism and I always feel tired. I needed a solution because I got tired of constantly feeling sluggish and weak.
